  3. Maurita Plouff is the principal and founder of Expert Innovations, a 
  4. consulting firm that demystifies innovative computer-based technology for 
  5. business users. Her research interests include business process 
  6. design/workflow, artificial intelligence, document imaging, and multimedia.

  8. Maurita has a MM from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at 
  9. Northwestern University, and a BS from Michigan State University. She is a 
  10. member of the Association for Information and Image Management.
